Return and Exchange Policy

Please email us with your intention to return or exchange and we will provide a physical address to ship to.  Use the contact form here or send to info @ loyalsmith.com

Exchanges are accepted if jewelry is mailed back to us in brand new condition, package date stamped within 21 days of receipt of your purchases- we track our shipments via USPS.  You may exchange for an alternate design or for a shop credit in the amount of your purchase, not including shipping.  

Exchanges/Repairs: You pay the shipping back to us, we’ll take care of the shipping back to you.
