Please email us with your intention to return or exchange and we will provide a physical address to ship to: info@loyalsmith.com
Full refund, less shipping, on returns of jewelry in brand new condition in a package date stamped within 10 days after receipt of your purchase. Exchanges accepted if mailed back to us with a date stamp within 14 days after receipt of your purchases. We track our shipments via USPS. You may exchange for an alternate design or for a shop credit in the amount of your purchase not including shipping. You pay the shipping back to us for your exchange, we’ll take care of the shipping back to you.
